A Room of Their Own is a collaboration between Multistory and iconic Magnum photographer, Susan Meiselas. Through a series of workshops, Meiselas worked with women in refuge in the diverse and multicultural city of Wolverhampton, to explore their experience of domestic abuse and resettlement. The production is a multilayered and emotive culmination of Meiselas’ photographs, first hand testimonies, and original art works from women in refuge.
