This extensive Stephen Gill retrospective photobook was produced to coincide with Coming Up For Air, Stephen's retrospective exhibition, which was on display at the Arnolfini in Bristol, 2021.

The publication presents work spanning over 40 years of Stephen's career, from very early self portraits made while Stephen was a student, right up until recent series including The Pillar and The Night Procession.

Bodies of work presented in this book include Hackney Flowers, Hackney wick, Audio Portraits, Talking to Ants, Views of London and Please Notify the Sun, among many others.
